New addition to production: injection moulding machines in operation

Thermokon continues to invest in a powerful and future-proof production setup. New injection moulding machines have been delivered to our production site and positioned in the hall with millimetre precision.

More capacity for “Made in Germany” quality

With these new systems, Thermokon is expanding its in-house manufacturing depth and creating the basis for stable, reproducible quality of plastic components that later go into our sensors, room operating units and enclosure solutions. Our own injection moulding capacities enable short internal routes, high availability and close coordination between design, toolmaking and series production. This directly supports efficiency, process reliability and delivery performance.

Commissioning and test phase
After delivery, the technical preparations were carried out, followed by the test phase. In this step, tools, parameters and material approvals are precisely aligned with each other. On this basis, the first series parts start(ed) production – step by step integrated into the existing production processes. This way, ongoing customer orders remain stable while the new machines move into regular operation.

Investment in long-term viability
Expanding injection moulding in-house is another building block in our strategy to manufacture high-quality sensor technology and systems with a high level of vertical integration. This creates transparency across all process steps, increases response speed for new projects and strengthens our independence within the supply chain.
