Symposium for technical building equipment

Thermokon discusses indoor air quality and wireless communication technologies at the Landesbetrieb Bau- und Liegenschaftsmanagement Sachsen-Anhalt.

Michael Mütze and Frank Neudecker, two of our experienced colleagues, were recently guests at the symposium of the Landesbetrieb Bau- und Liegenschaftsmanagement Sachsen-Anhalt. They gave a specialist presentation to around 50 participants from the fields of facility management and building automation, highlighting the relevance of indoor air quality and wireless solutions for modern building management systems.

Focus on indoor air quality: Michael Mütze emphasized the importance of CO₂ and VOC measurements to improve the indoor climate. The effects of poor air quality - such as headaches and concentration problems - underline why solutions for precise measurement and monitoring are essential today. This brought up our versatile product range, which offers customized sensors for different indoor monitoring requirements.

Wireless solutions for existing and new buildings: Frank Neudecker presented the advantages of our EasySens and LoRaWAN technologies in the second part of the presentation. These wireless solutions enable uncomplicated integration into existing building structures and offer maximum flexibility with minimum installation effort. Especially for retrofit projects, they offer a future-proof, cost-efficient solution for sustainable building optimization.

Especially for the property management of districts and municipalities, digitization through smart sensor technology offers enormous potential to manage their buildings not only more efficiently but also more sustainably. Our participation in the symposium showed that Thermokon can provide valuable impetus here as a partner.

Many thanks at this point to the organizer LB BLSA for the invitation! It was a pleasure for us to share our know-how directly at the grassroots level and to talk to committed experts.
