Management of Returns

Dear valued customer,

despite careful checking, it may occur that you have to return a device due to a technical defect or an incorrectly placed order.

If this is the case, please fill out the form below and send the defective device(s) to the following address:

Please note:

• any return shipment must be carriage paid
• returns that cannot be allocated due to missing information will be returned
• Please fill in the field "Error description" and the field "Special agreements" in English

Important information regarding the protection of your electronic devices (ESD protection)

Electrostatic discharges (ESD) can damage sensitive electronic components or shorten their service life. It is therefore essential that components are properly protected when being returned.

Please use one of the following packaging options:

1. The original packaging (ideally):
   Please use the device’s original packaging where possible, as this provides optimal protection straight from the factory.
2. Special ESD protective bags/film:
   These can be identified by their typical pink, smoky grey or silver colouring, as well as the ESD warning symbol (hand in a crossed-out triangle).
3. Acceptable alternatives (if the above is not available):
   Use only bubble wrap that is explicitly labelled as antistatic (usually pink or reddish in colour). If no ESD film is available, wrap the device generously in untreated packing paper and secure it firmly inside a sturdy cardboard box. Use crumpled newspaper or cardboard inserts as padding.

Warning: Never use ordinary plastic bags, standard household cling film or aluminium foil, polystyrene chips or standard (transparent) bubble wrap. These materials build up a very strong electrostatic charge through friction and can cause irreparable damage to the device as soon as it is unpacked.
